Hi Rick,

I'm glad to have found your blog. I went searching for blogs from guitarists/guitar teachers a while back and was disappointed by the results. I have started my own guitar teacher blog where I review books, websites and other resources for guitarists. I hope to check out your DVD and online course soon.

Keep up the great work.

Rick also recommended this while I was enrolled in Chords 101. Great tool for slowing down the assignments and drilling with them before recording them and sending them back for grading. Also great for transcribing.

Just want to second what John said. I had been playing for many years and just like "Guitar George" I thought I "knew all the chords". Ricks a great teacher but be prepared to work, you won't be sorry

I recently took this course and I want to encourage anyone who has a serious interest in making music with the guitar to take it. Be forewarned though, it is thorough and challenging, so be prepared to put in the time.

This sounds like a pretty interesting products. Being an amateur guitar player, I am going to take look at this, and maybe pick up a copy.

These are great, Rick! I love to watch Danny Gatton, and that Django video is a trip. You just want to kill the people who produced it, especially the cameraman who cropped out half the fretboard. I hope Django was well paid for it!
